Behind every visit is Meg Corrigan, APRN, FNP-BC, a nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of nursing experience and a deep passion for primary care.
Meg earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her master’s degree from the University of North Florida. She spent 17 years as a registered nurse, caring for patients in almost every corner of the hospital. She worked in surgery, ICU, antepartum, newborn, oncology, and medical-surgical care, building a wide foundation of skills and experience that continues to shape her practice today. After becoming a nurse practitioner, Meg found her true calling in primary care, where she could build meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients. Today, as the founder of St. Augustine Direct Primary Care, she brings her expertise and her heart for medicine directly to the community she loves. Her care philosophy is rooted in personalized, patient-focused care. She believes wellness is more than a lab result or a number on the scale, it’s about understanding each person’s unique story and goals. Meg partners with her patients to create sustainable, evidence-based plans that fit their lives, blending modern medicine with a personalized approach that helps patients live well at every stage of life.

Over the years, I’ve seen several other nurse practitioners and doctors, but none of them compare to Meg. She always gives me the time I need, whether on the phone or in the office.
At my most recent visit, she was exceptionally patient and compassionate when reviewing my bloodwork. She clearly laid out my treatment options and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the decision. I’m already feeling better and so thankful to have Meg by my side. She is truly one of a kind!

Meg has been a tremendous help in my health journey over the past few years. I had reached a point where I was only getting referred out, appointment times were rushed, and my health was declining.
Meg was truly a blessing in disguise, not only for me, but for my family as well. Thanks to her care, support, and expertise, I am now back to myself 100%. Meg listens, she takes the time to research, and she’s always transparent about my options. She has been the partner in health I didn’t even know I needed, and I am so grateful for her dedication and compassion.

Finding the right health care provider can be difficult. I feel so lucky to have had Meg recommended to me a few years ago. Besides her professionalism, she listens without judgement, does additional research to find relevant resources to help, explains things clearly, and has provided me with solutions for weight loss and sinus infections to recovery after a major surgery. I highly recommend Meg as a trusted provider. -TINA Read More
I’ve been a patient of Margaret Corrigan for over 13 years, and I can honestly say she has made such a difference in my health and well-being. I’ve referred many friends and family to her, and they’ve all seen the same incredible value in her concierge medicine services. Meg is not only responsive and dependable, but she truly cares, always looking for ways to support me and help me live a healthier, fuller life. I feel lucky to have her as my care team. - Amy Read More
I recently switched to St. Augustine Direct Primary Care under the care of Meg Corrigan APRN, and it’s been a welcome transition. Meg is compassionate, attentive, and takes the time to really listen. The check-in process was simple and stress-free, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable, nothing like the rushed, clinical feeling of most doctor's offices. Having access to care that feels this personal and unrushed has completely changed how I view going to the doctor. If you’re looking for a provider who actually listens, remembers your name, and treats you with respect and kindness, I highly recommend giving St. Augustine Direct Primary Care a try. - Elizabeth Read More

Your health is personal. Your care should be too.
Trust is the foundation of every relationship. Meg listens with respect, takes time to learn your story, and creates a plan built around your goals, challenges, and routines. No judgment. No rush. From prevention to chronic care, she walks alongside you so you always stay informed, supported, and in control.
Direct Primary Care is healthcare without the insurance hassle. Instead of billing insurance, you pay a simple monthly membership for unlimited access to your provider.
That means:
No. Memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with a 30-day written notice.
DPC works alongside your insurance. Many patients keep a high-deductible, catastrophic plan, or health share for major medical needs like hospitalizations or specialist care. Your DPC membership covers everyday needs like checkups, urgent visits, preventive care, and prescription management.
Most traditional insurance plans don’t cover DPC memberships. Some health share programs may offer discounts if you’re enrolled in DPC.
For urgent concerns after hours, the best way to reach us is by text. We will respond as quickly as we can to guide you on next steps. If it’s a true emergency, always call 911. In most cases, we can handle things without an ER or urgent care visit.
Most routine labs can be drawn right in the office at a special membership rate. For imaging, we work with local, independent imaging centers (not hospital-affiliated) for high-quality studies at a fraction of usual hospital costs.
Just give 30 days’ notice by calling, texting, or emailing the office. If you choose to rejoin in the future, a re-enrollment fee may apply.
